management and insurance protection. Our role is to
provide professional skills in risk identification, analysis,
quantification, treatment and review.
We identify ourselves with our clients and provide effective
risk management by insurance or otherwise. Our aim is to
secure adequate cover at minimum cost. |

| Claims Service |
We believe that the test of any insurance arrangement is in
prosecuting claims to a satisfactory conclusion for our
clients. We process
and pursue claims on behalf of our clients.
Hogg Robinson Nigeria Limited has a well organized Claims
Department at the Head Office with access to its own in-house
Lawyers. Normal claims are discharged at the Branch Offices
while difficult ones are referred to the Head Office. In
addition, each Branch Office receives regular visits from
members of top management. |
